What happens to my files on the free plan?
Files on the free plan are automatically deleted after 3 days. This works great for quick shares, like sending a file to a client or colleague. If you need files to stick around longer, upgrade to Unlimited.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Unlimited instantly. If you downgrade, your existing files will be scheduled for deletion after 3 days unless you re-upgrade.
What counts toward the data transfer limit?
Data transfer is counted when someone downloads or views your files. Uploading files doesn't count against your limit. If you hit your limit, files remain accessible but downloads are paused until the next month.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 30 days, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Team plans, we can also arrange invoicing.
Is there a limit on file size?
Individual files can be up to 5GB on free plans. Unlimited plans can go up to 200GB. Need larger? Contact us about a Team plan with custom limits.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, custom domains are included on all paid plans at no extra cost. You can share files from yourdomain.com instead of smmall.cloud.
What's included in the Team plan?
Team plans include everything in Unlimited, plus dedicated infrastructure (your own S3 bucket and CDN), unlimited team members, custom data retention policies, and 1TB monthly bandwidth.
